The Seven Laws Of Success according to HWA. Are:
FIX THE RIGHT GOAL!
EDUCATION
GOOD HEALTH.
DRIVE!
RESOURCEFULNESS!
PERSEVERANCE!
And the ALL~IMPORTANT seventh law of success, is having contact with, and the guidance and continuous help of, GOD!
When I was young, I started my education before I ever set a goal. All the while my mother was teaching me about good health. My relationship with my Creator was developing. My ingenuity and resourcefulness were growing. It is good to develop a balanced life working on many facets.
A good goal when you^re young would be to take comfort and pleasure in learning and doing things that exercise your mind and body, things that hone your skills rather than getting comfort from idleness and eating.
Your prime goal should be to grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ. And you also have to survive in this world. For this you need to set goals like hanging on to a job. So you can pay your tithe like God commands and assist in God^s work.
Goals can change with time. When your young you set small goals like obeying your parents and going to school. Or you might not even set goals but just do what you have to do. I suppose that is a goal. An early goal might be to just get some sort of education, until you find out more about yourself and about life. Then you might be able to work out an appropriate goal.
I wasn^t much of a goal setter myself. I was more of a capture every thought and a survivor rather than an achiever. As the years went by I started planning a little, within reason, that is within my budget and within my skills and abilities and set some achievable goals. These goals changed with time. I am now a surveyor^s draftsman and calculator with many years of experience in the office and in the field. Most of my education was on the job. I also host a religious website. My goal is to continue to improve.
I hope to continue to contribute to the church financially and spiritually unto the end. In order to do this I must manage the resources that God has given me well; which means managing my time and money. Investing for retirement is a key component for I do not know how long I will be able to work. Jesus had a different agenda before him.
Although we learn of the seven laws in sequence they often go on simultaneously and constantly. It is hard to have drive if you don^t have a goal and it is hard to set a goal without God^s help. Everything is made easier if you have a good attitude, if you are happy and grateful for the gifts that God has given you. Success, like happiness is often times a state of mind. Everyday you get closer and closer to your goal and your daily goals are met, keeping your spirits in good order.
Good health can be a challenge these days. It is difficult to find food that is not adulterated. Fruits, vegetables and grains are grown with the use of pesticides and artificial fertilizers and are more and more genetically engineered. On livestock they use growth hormones, steroids, artificial insemination and other devices mostly concocted in laboratories to hurry growth. Sugar and wheat are often highly refined and hazardous to your health. As a rule of thumb it is best to avoid processed foods, the less processed the better. Eat whole grain bread and unrefined sugar for a good start.
Not all are able to exercise properly. Some have injuries, deformities and handicaps. Do something and keep active. Most can at least exercise their minds through research and reading. Get interested in things and people and find out about things, stay active, do not slumber and stick to it but drive carefully. God will help if you let Him and you will achieve success.
