To me every day is a day of thanksgiving to God for all our blessings. In God^s commandments, ordinances and statutes there is no designated Thanksgiving Day. It is a Day designated by man and is therefore pagan. Therefore we do not celebrate that observance in our home. God^s designated days are The First and Last Day of Unleavened Bread, Pentecost, The Day of Trumpets, The Day of Atonement, The First day of the Feast of Tabernacles and The Last Great Day and of course the weekly Sabbath. Jesus asked us to remember Him with certain customs on the Passover. I fail to see where this Thanksgiving Day fits into Christianity.
Every day should be a day of thanksgiving. This fits Christianity.
