New Heaven New Earth
Isaiah 34:4 (NKJV) (pre millennium)
All the host of heaven shall be dissolved,
And the heavens shall be rolled up like a scroll;
All their host shall fall down
As the leaf falls from the vine,
And as fruit falling from a fig tree.
Revelation 6:14 (RSV) (pre millennium)
the sky vanished like a scroll that is rolled up, and every mountain and island was removed from its place.
Revelation 20:11 (NKJV) (post millennium)
Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them.
Revelation 21:1 (NKJV) (post millennium)
Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away.

NEW in Revelation 21:1 and 5 is KAINOS (#2537) denotes new, of that which is unaccustomed or unused, new as to form or quality, of different nature from what is contrasted as old. ie. not refurbished, not rejuvenated, not recreated but genuinely new.
