Christian Warfare
2 Corinthians 10:3 to 6 (amplified: NKJV, AMP, AV)
3For though we walk (live) in the flesh, we are not carrying on our warfare according to the flesh and using mere human weapons.
4For the weapons of our warfare are not physical, but they are mighty before God for the overthrowing and destruction of strongholds,
5 refuting arguments, theories, reasonings and imaginations and every proud and lofty thing that sets itself up or exalts itself against the [true] knowledge of God; and we lead every thought and purpose away captive into the obedience of Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One),
6Being in readiness to punish every [insubordinate for his] disobedience, when your own submission and obedience are fully secured and complete.
Although there are no specific examples here about how this warfare is carried out, we know from reading the scriptures or church literature and from going to Sabbath services or by listening to recorded sermons that much of the battle is done in each individual Christian^s mind by receiving and processing proper instruction from ministers who preach and teach truth according to the Bible and to Jesus Christ and expose the lies that are spread by others and by so doing cleanse the minds of the faithful in Christ and render them in full agreement, captive and obedient to Christ.
We also pray for the offenders that God may have mercy on them.
