Decades have passed
computers have collapsed
1000s of dollars elapsed
1000s more on internet service
have I not paid my dues?
I publish books
10,000s of hours
writing, editing, formatting, publishing
and designing my book covers
produced 7 books
on my wonderful computer.
Frustration
Covers hit roadblock
option one $100's for software
that may not work
option two $100's for professional design
with no personal touch
dozens of hours of searching
for a task that I used once a year
that took 3 minutes to execute
but is no longer available
Cover designers conspiracy?
the illuminati at work?
evil manipulators?
Pay your dues they scream
with what I plead
my gross pay in 4 years of publishing $3
why do I work
for who
they vote for Obama
they vote for Trudeau
they crucify Christ
when you live among fools
they make a fool of you
what else can I expect?
All my education
all my time and efforts
and I still feel victim of
political philosophy and attitude
"fuddle duddle" echoed our Prime Minister
must it terminate with this?

Where do people spend their money
gambling, sex, drugs, entertainment, fake news?
well tax the crap out of them
and pay me
