Creation
Your great expanse, oh Lord, makes me wonder
From where we stand
From what we can see
It is uninhabited
Inhospitable
Unattainable
Desolate
What a marvel is the earth we inhabit
What a contrast to the firmament
It sustains life in abundance
It supports man^s ingenuity
It is ours to subdue
It is our dominion
What a gift is Jesus Christ
Hope of eternal life for His disciples
Freedom from those who destroy the earth
A new heaven and a new earth for the righteous
And that is the beginning and the end.
